Alicia Calvillo is the Senior Director of Clinical References at TRC Healthcare. She leads multiple healthcare content development teams, overseeing NatMed, the Pharmacist’s Letter & Prescriber Insights product suite, Pharmacy Technicians University (PTU), and Instructional Design teams. Before her current role, she served as Director of Content Management for NatMed and Senior Content Manager at TRC Healthcare, where she managed a 30+ member team and oversaw the multimillion-dollar NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD) project. Her extensive experience includes nearly two decades of progressive leadership roles in healthcare and dietary supplement content development. Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from California State University Sacramento, graduating cum laude. Her professional expertise spans operations management, quality assurance, database development, content management systems, branding, marketing, and design. She is particularly passionate about effective team leadership, strategic content development, and cross-departmental collaboration in healthcare information services.

Sarah Campbell is a seasoned professional in the field of interprofessional continuing education, with more than two decades of experience. As the Senior Director, Content Development and Accreditation, at Colibri, Sarah has been instrumental in managing a library of thousands of continuing education courses, catering to healthcare professionals across various disciplines. She has a particular interest in accreditation, instructional design, and learner outcomes assessment. Sarah has successfully sought and maintained Joint Accreditation as well as dozens of other national and state accreditors/approvers, underscoring her commitment to quality and excellence in continuing education. A member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions since 2009, Sarah is dedicated to advancing the field of continuing education.

Flora Harp, PharmD is the Director of Content Development at Colibri Healthcare. She obtained her PharmD degree from Wayne State University and completed a community practice residency at CVS Health, focused on clinical program support. Flora went on to hold different roles at CVS Health where she supported various clinical services and programs. Prior to joining TRC Healthcare in 2016, Flora was a Clinical Services Manager at Thrifty White Pharmacy where she oversaw clinical programs including immunizations, rapid diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. In her 9 years as an Editor at TRC Healthcare, Flora authored and managed the content development and accreditation for hundreds of continuing education courses. Flora is passionate about providing clinicians with education they need to take care of their patients and is interested in tying educational interventions back to clinical outcomes.

Latousha “Tasha” Jackson, B.S., PharmD, BCSCP, is the Managing Editor at CriticalPoint, a TRC Healthcare brand. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Norfolk State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University. With a career rooted in inpatient pharmacy, Tasha has specialized in internal medicine, critical care, and pharmacy operations. Before joining TRC in 2022, she served as the Pharmacy Program Manager for the Durham VA Healthcare System, where she developed and led the system’s sterile compounding compliance program. Her professional interests include sterile compounding, medication safety, health-system pharmacy, critical care, and complementary treatments, including food and herbal supplements.

Jeff Langford PharmD, BCPS, BCCP, is the Managing Clinical Editor at TRC Healthcare for NatMed and an Affiliate Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University. Prior to his current role, Jeff served as an Associate Editor for Pharmacist’s Letter, Prescriber’s Letter, and Hospital Pharmacist’s Letter where he focused on developing evidence-based drug advisory content. Before joining TRC Healthcare in 2017, Jeff worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Cardiology at University Healthcare System in Augusta, Georgia for over 10 years collaborating with prescribers, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in the care of patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions, including acute coronary syndrome, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure. His clinical interests include evidence-based medicine, cardiovascular disease management, and the role of natural medicine approaches in improving patient outcomes.

Jennifer Nieman, PharmD, BCPS, is the Clinical Editor and Director of Content Development at TRC Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2004 and completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Nebraska Medicine, focusing on oncology, transplant medicine, and ambulatory care. Before joining TRC in 2016, Jenni held leadership roles in inpatient pharmacy practice and administration at Nebraska Medicine and served as faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s College of Pharmacy and South College School of Pharmacy. Her expertise lies in pharmacist and prescriber education, precepting future practitioners, literature evaluation, and evidence-based medicine.

Vickie Danaher, PharmD, is an Associate Editor at TRC Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 community pharmacy practice residency with Albertsons Companies. Before joining TRC in 2015, Vickie held various roles in pharmacy operations, education, and clinical programs at Albertsons, including serving as Clinical Coordinator, where she implemented and managed patient care services nationwide. Her professional interests include pharmacist and pharmacy technician education, pharmacy-based clinical services including medication therapy management, and medication safety.

Sara Klockars, PharmD, BCPS, is an Associate Editor at TRC Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and completed PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at the Medical University of South Carolina. Before joining TRC in 2019, Sara worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Kaiser Permanente Colorado, collaborating with prescribers and pharmacists in an integrated healthcare system. She spent 12 years in primary care and developed a specialty in dermatology, where she practiced for four years. Her professional interests include pharmacist and prescriber education, evidence-based medicine, cost-effective care, and specialty pharmacy areas such as rheumatology and gastroenterology.

Don Weinberger, PharmD, PMSP, is an Associate Editor at TRC Healthcare. He began his career as a pharmacy technician, gaining over 7 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings. Don earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific in 2012. Before joining TRC in 2015, he worked as an inpatient pharmacist within the VA healthcare system, specializing in sterile compounding, anticoagulation, chemotherapy, and pain management. He also served as an instructor for pharmacy technician students and continues to work in outpatient pharmacy, providing immunizations and dispensing medication orders. Don’s professional interests include pharmacist and pharmacy technician education, pharmacy practice/law, pain management, and sterile/nonsterile compounding.

Jenni Mangrum, BS, CPhT, is a seasoned pharmacy technician with over 20 years of experience in community and military pharmacy, curriculum development, and education. As a Content Editor at TRC Healthcare, she creates practical, easy-to-digest content for pharmacy technicians, instructors, preceptors, and program directors. Before joining TRC, Jenni served as Program Director for Pharmacy Technology at Corinthian Colleges, Pharmacy Specialist in the US Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and lead technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific and is certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. Jenni is passionate about content creation and advancing pharmacy education.

Rachel Cole, PharmD, is an Assistant Editor at TRC Healthcare. She began her career as a certified pharmacy technician, gaining over 8 years of experience in community pharmacy. Rachel earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from South College School of Pharmacy in 2018 and completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency specializing in ambulatory care and academia. After working in community and long-term care pharmacy, she joined Lincoln Memorial University School of Medical Sciences in 2020 as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, where she taught physician assistant students for 4 years. Rachel joined TRC in 2024, bringing her passion for education and clinical expertise.

Gina Corley, PharmD, is an Assistant Editor at TRC Healthcare. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from West Virginia University in 2013. Before joining TRC in 2024, Gina worked as an inpatient operations floater pharmacist at WVU Medicine’s J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, gaining experience in central pharmacy operations, IV room/sterile products, peri-op/OR, psychiatry, and the cancer center. She also spent 6 years as a retail pharmacist at CVS Health, including two years as a pharmacy manager. Gina’s professional interests include women’s health, mentoring residents, and fostering professional networking relationships with other providers.

Stephen Small, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS, BCCCP, CNSC, is an Assistant Editor at TRC Healthcare. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in 2015 and completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Denver Health Medical Center in Colorado. Prior to joining TRC in 2024, Stephen served as a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Denver Health for five years, where he oversaw neonatal, pediatric, and obstetric services. He also contributes as a pharmacist in the National Disaster Medical System and continues practicing as a pediatric pharmacist at University of Iowa Health Care. His professional passions include pediatrics, obstetrics, parenteral nutrition, emergency preparedness, and healthcare multimedia.

Andrea Stafford, PharmD, is an Assistant Clinical Editor at TRC Healthcare for NatMed. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Indiana State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University. She completed a PGY1 drug information residency at Creighton University’s Center for Drug Information and Evidence-based Practice. Before pursuing a career in pharmacy, Andrea worked as a middle school math teacher. Her professional interests include educating both patients and clinicians, with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine. She is particularly dedicated to exploring the integration of natural medicines in the management of common chronic diseases and conditions affecting women’s health.

Natalie Yates, PharmD, is an Assistant Clinical Editor at TRC Healthcare for NatMed, specializing in Natural Medicines. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco. Before joining TRC in 2023, Natalie worked as a freelance medical writer and served as a clinical pharmacist at Marin Community Clinic and Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, focusing on medication management and the safe use of complementary and alternative medicines. Her professional interests include natural medicine research, preventative medicine, patient education, and mycology. Natalie is dedicated to helping integrate natural medicines with conventional treatments to improve patient outcomes.

Mary Franks, MSN, APRN-FPA, CNP is the lead nurse planner for NetCE, and the Sr. Course Development Manager and the Accredited Provider Program Director (APPD) for The Elite NP. Mary joined NetCE in 2023. Mary obtained her Associate degree in Nursing from Carl Sandburg College in 2010, her Bachelor’s in Nursing degree from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in 2013, and her MSN with a focus on nursing education from Chamberlain University in 2017. She received a second master’s degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2019. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Mary also has roles outside of Colibri as in a nurse practitioner by trade, is an adjunct faculty member for a local university in Central Illinois in the MSN-FNP program as well as a local community college in the nursing program. Mary’s previous nursing experience includes emergency/trauma nursing, critical care nursing, surgery, pediatrics, and urgent care. As a nurse practitioner, she has a special interest in urgent care, occupational health, and palliative care. She also strives to provide health and wellness education to the community. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing, for which she serves as a member of the bylaws and membership committee.  

Adam West, RCP-SCF, NSF/ANSI, is an Environmental Monitoring and Training Specialist and Course and Curriculum Manager at CriticalPoint, a Colibri Healthcare brand.  Adam has nearly two decades of experience in the certification industry providing field certification services for 503A and 503B sterile compounding facilities and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. In addition to certification, he has extensive knowledge in viable environmental monitoring, including sampling plan development and remediation and has provided consultation services for USP Chapter <797> facility design compliance. Adam held CETA’s Registered Certification Professional – Sterile Compounding Facilities (RCP-SCF) certification and NSF-49 accreditation for numerous years until he no longer performed certification in the field.  In his current role, he is responsible for the development of the live training curriculum and eLearning for sterile compounding pharmacy staff seeking to advance their skills, reinforce fundamental knowledge, and implement best practices for USP compliance. He also provides consulting for environmental monitoring investigations and remediation, facility design of primary and secondary engineering controls for sterile compounding facilities, as well as pharmacy operation evaluations.
